- Do our 3PLs have to use RateRunners too?
- Only if they want to keep working with you. In all seriousness, brands use RateRunners first. When clarity becomes the standard, 3PLs naturally follow. The platform is built to align everyone—not point fingers.
- What happens if we change 3PLs?
- Nothing dramatic. Your RateRunners account stays exactly where it is. You can disconnect one 3PL, connect another, and keep your data, history, and sanity intact. Unlike most platforms, you're not owned by your vendors. You own the relationship.
